ABOUT THE COURSE
Light Fixation is pleased to introduce an essential course exploring Lighting Electrics. This is not an electrician’s course - it’s an interior designer’s guide to the electrical infrastructure behind effective lighting.
As an interior designer, you aim to create lighting that is impactful, atmospheric, functional, and seamlessly integrated into a space. But too often, the success of your lighting design depends on electricians or contractors interpreting your intent correctly, without you having full visibility of what’s technically possible, practical or cost effective.
Created and presented by Ian Hawes, founder of Light Fixation, the course is designed specifically for designers who want greater confidence and control when developing lighting schemes. Ian works closely with interior designers across the UK, Europe, and the US, and his experiences have shaped both the content and structure of the course.
This course is designed to provide the basic electrical knowledge that can help designers understand what goes on behind the scenes, and therefore inform and elevate design potential.
DESIGN WITH CONFIDENCE. PLAN WITH CLARITY. DELIVER WITHOUT COMPROMISE.
